1. Introduction

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.

4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.

4.3 You must notify Slot21 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account.

4.4 Slot21 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or from any authorised or unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your own negligence or breach of these Terms.

4.5 Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any Account Balance to any other person.

5. KYC Verification

5.1 Slot21 is required to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling regulations. All Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed.

5.2 The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to individual payment method limits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Slot21 accepts the following Malaysian payment methods:

7. Bonuses & Promotions

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

8.2 Any violation of clause 8.1 entitles Slot21 to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, void all pending and historical bets placed during the period of violation, and forfeit any remaining Account Balance.

12. Account Termination

Where no bonus wagering obligations are outstanding, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

12.2 By Slot21: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

12.3 Upon closure of an Account — whether by you or by Slot21 — all Bonus Funds will be immediately forfeited. Real-money Balances will be dealt with in accordance with our standard closure procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through Slot21's customer support channels. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 28 business days.
